Due to the nature of our products and hygiene/safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Without a proper unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

The final decision will be made by Casely Yours after reviewing the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refused or Undelivered Orders
If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, we reserve the right to deny refunds.
